King Corn has dominated agriculture in the Western Hemisphere since the times of the Maya, Aztec, and Inca in Central and South America; as well as the Anasazi, Hopi and Pueblo in Southwestern U.S. Corn, also known as maize, continues to play a pivotal role in the agricultural economy of the U.S. and much of the rest of the world. The KingCorn Web site does not physically host all of the information. KingCorn takes advantage of the Webs interconnectivity by cataloging as many links as possible that reference various aspects of corn production throughout Canada and the United States.
