The National Development Agency (NDA) is a section 3A statutory organisation, which was established by the National Development Agency Act (Act No. 108 of 1998) in November 1998. The NDA is a public entity listed under schedule 3A of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and reports to the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa through the Minister for Social Development.
