InTime began as a research project under the direction of the Institute for Technology Development ITD and the NASA Ag 2020 program. The primary goal of this project was to develop spatial technologies for use in production agriculture. In addition, they investigated the possibility to reduce crop production risks, and addressed environmental concerns associated with present day agriculture.
